Rather than get tied up in the complexity of day-rates and project based fees, our clients often ask if there is a way they can access our expertise, networks and partners in simple, cost-effective way

With this package, we work with clients as an integral part of their team, often providing leadership to a small or embryonic sales team or helping to create such a team for the long term. In many cases, we take ownership of the end to end sales process, allowing the owners/Directors of the client business to focus on product or service development while we take care of the "front-end"

In some cases, we effectively manage the delivery of a product, service or project. For example, we have worked with clients to design, procure and manage the delivery of a complex new website and in other cases we have procured complex pieces of market research in order to facilitate a new sales campaign

Clients normally commit to a contract involving a minimum of 2, 4 or 8 days per month and commissions in the range of 10-20%, with monthly or weekly review meetings and flexible terms
